as promised, here is the video tour of my apartment!!
this is my little hallway, and my guard parrot, shunning all ye who enter. i hung some of my stuff from my senior art show in high school, including my guitar hero guitars i painted. they’re super old pieces but i have a soft spot for them. :3
oh and i picked up the traffic cone one night, gonna paint it pank

sorry, i’m almost done. my kitchen is boring but i took a picture of a few of my cute things in there.
the door in this picture leads to my walk-in closet, it’s kind of awkward because it’s a link to the bathroom. but that makes it kinda like a dressing room! so i can feel fancy.
last one guise! surprise, the bathroom is pink too. i have a hello kitty shower curtain and bath mat, not pictured. i hope you like my apartment, i worked really hard decorating it and painting my furniture :D

hahaha! this is a great question. actually most of my closest friends are straight boys, and they totally dig it. i think every straight guy has a deep down desire to experience an onslaught of girlyness every now and then. when i have friends over they’re shocked but excited to look at all my toys and stuff, and all my friends are artists so they appreciate the work and dedication that went into it. i haven’t had any non-artists in my apartment besides my mom, who loves it. so maybe i’d have different and maybe some negative reactions from people who can’t relate and don’t really know me and what i’m all about, i guess. but generally it’s fun and a sanctuary for everyone who comes over, it’s super cozy.
they are linoleum and i love it! they’re white and clean and crisp. i love tiles, i dunno why they’d bug anybody. wood floors just wouldn’t look right in my apartment and i think that would bug me a lot more. and i HATE carpeted floors, they catch all the hairs and dirt and stuff and i hate feeling them on my feet and urghrurgj
that’s exactly how it works! the kitchen is that nook in this picture, and the bathroom is through the walk-in closet in this picture (weird i know) and you can’t see the door because it’s to the left, where the light is coming from.
